About Winchester Crossing
Winchester Crossing was designed by ADD, Inc., a national architecture, interior and graphic design firm with a proven track record of providing exceptional living environments. At Winchester Crossing, ADD Inc. has tastefully arranged the 18 Townhouses into four buildings of varying size.

Each building features wrap-around porches, carriage style garage doors and individual unit entries. Broad gables and steeply-pitched roofs, wood clapboard, shingle siding, and distinctive trim contribute to a common architectural theme. Each unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, attached garage, hardwood floors in the living and dining rooms, kitchen and stairways. Kitchens have maple cabinets and granite counters and eat in areas. All bathrooms have tile floors and granite vanity tops. Living and dining room areas are spacious with ceilings 8 1/2 feet high and have outdoor decks and gas fireplaces.
